Lipp’s omnivorous tastes are apparent, from the obvious funk and myriad manifestations of hip-hop though less explicit reference points as jazz fusion, folk and techno. His well-earned reputation as a producer’s producer stems in part from his craftsmanship. Never content with well-worn breaks and effects, his work incorporates a fetishistic love of analogue gear with sampledelic flourishes, intricate rhythmic patterns and more than a few leftfield surprises. Due to overwhelming response we have decided to open up more of the mountain and block off camping areas for the event. We will be opening the gates early to help get you in faster before the music starts so you don’t miss any of the amazing acts. Since this is a one day event, please pack lightly!

GROUND RULES

• Gates will open at 9am on Saturday, August 25th, and will close on Sunday August 26th at 12noon.
• No illegal substances or activities will be permitted.
• No fireworks
• No weapons
• No gas (If security finds a tank, you will not be granted entry.)
• No glass (Please bring all beverages in cans or plastic)
• No fighting (If you are involved in a fight both parties will be asked to leave, keep it mellow)
• No open fires
• No pets are allowed
• Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
• Under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian
• There will be a $10 processing fee per car per entry. Cars will be charged for re-entry.
• All persons, vehicles and possessions will be searched upon entry.
• Due to NYS regulations no outside alcohol will be permitted within the concert area.
• No Vending without a vending permit

CAMPING RULES

• Camp grounds will open at 9am on Saturday, August 25th and will close on August 26th at 12noon.
• Camping spots are on a first come, first serve basis.
• There will be no Car Camping.
• No alcohol allowed at campsites
• There will be on-site security at all times as well as first aid stations open 24/7.
• All camping attendees are subject to search upon entry.
• No open flames
• Campers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other campers.
• Rules are subject to change

The use of un-cleared samples will be disqualified. An un-cleared sample is a musical work, loop or sample that is copyrighted. Participants are free to use royalty-free loops, the song stems, samples, and/or sounds the participant has originally created.
All rights of the producer and the owner of the recorded work are reserved. Unauthorized copying, hiring, renting, public performance and broadcasting of this record, remix, or remix parts are prohibited.
Entrants shall not use the stems in any manner or for any purpose other than for entering contest.
Entrants acknowledge that 51Bass has no obligation to use or post any remixes. By submitting a remix, entrants warrant and represent that: (a) the remix is entrant’s original work, (b) the remixes has not been previously published, (c) the remix has not previously received awards, (d) the remix does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; (e) Entrant has obtained permission from any person whose name or voice or performance is used in the remix; and (f) exploitation, use, display or performance of the remix via any form of media, will not infringe the rights of any third parties. Entrants shall indemnify and hold harmless, Dubspot and contest affiliates from any claims contrary to or in violation of these warranties and representations.
GRANT OF RIGHTS: By entering this contest, entrants assign away and transfer (as set forth below) any and all rights in the remixes on a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free basis, for any and all purposes including, but not limited to, display, public performance, posting for streaming and/or download, making of derivative works, reproduction, distribution, and all other means of exploitation of the remixes.
